Pediatrician

Mommy and Daddy took me to the doctor today. I was a bit fussy when I got into the carseat, but swinging back and forth put me right to sleep.

Mommy and Daddy said the doctor was really nice, but she made me get undressed, so I didn't like her as much as they did. But they put me on something called a scale and said that I had regained almost all of the weight I lost after birth. Everyone clapped for me, so I guess that was good.

Daddy said the doctor gave me a thumbs up, but since I'm not really sure what thumbs are, I didn't understand what he meant. I was too busy laughing at his miscut beard anyway.

Afterwards, we came home and Daddy and I took a nap on the couch while Mommy tried to catch up on some sleep in bed. Naps are one of my most favorite pastimes.

That's all for today.
Love,
Evalyn

We're all so proud of you, Evie, you're growing just fine, learning how to nurse, sleep, look all around, and even smile. We're proud of your Mommy and Daddy too. They're a great team!!! Love and baci, Grandmom

Hey there, Evie. I've got to say, that you are the cutest Rhody to come along since, well, your Dad, I guess. I'm looking forward to seeing you and giving you your first uncle kiss (from the Rhody side anyways) and hug. I love you and will see you soon. Tell Mom and Dad (wow, that sounds weird) that I love them and will see them soon.

Uncle Matt (that sounds weird too.)
