Flickr and Photos

Lisa and I are experimenting with using Flickr for photo galleries, since a friend was generous enough to pass along a free "Pro" account. See the sidebar images, which should list the 5 most recent photos. I *think* that you can right-click on an image in Flickr and download the highest quality version, if you want to print it out. Try it out and let us know how it works.

Anyone can open a basic Flickr account for free, if you want to test the service.

I think the easiest way for folks to download high-res images from the flickr site is to go to the photo in flickr and click on "all sizes," which appears just above the photo. Click on the size you want. The pic will show up in the actual size (read: big) and an icon pops up above the pic saying something like "download large." Et voila!
